Gol Relational Center, PLLC is currently hiring full-time clinicians to join our team. As a practice specializing in relational healing and wellness, we are especially looking for team members with an extra passion for working with couples and within the relational context. We value diversity among our clientele and clinicians and are therefore looking for team members who are LGBTQ+ and culturally competent, sex positive, anti-racist, and trauma-informed. Clinical therapists will provide outpatient individual and relationship therapy to clients of Gol Relational Center. Clinical therapy services offered at Gol Relational Center include treatment of adults, couples and families. • Graduated with a Master’s degree in counseling, couple and family therapy, psychology or related field. Candidates must possess an independent license to practice in Illinois (LPC, AMFT, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT)

• Experience or interest in working with couples and diverse populations

• Have desire to develop, grow, and hone clinical skills in both individual and relationship therapy

• Compliance with and knowledge of HIPAA and ethical guidelines

• Able to implement and follow through with practice systems and guidelines

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to actively listen

• Solid relationship-building capabilities

• Work collaboratively with other staff members

• Personal computer with reliable and secure home internet

Applicant Qualifications

• Grow and maintain a caseload of 23+ clinical contact hours per week

• Perform in-person and/or teletherapy services, as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies

• Complete appropriate clinical documentation (assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, etc) in a timely manner and in accordance with company policies

• Respond to patients’ requests for service within 24 hours whether by assisting in the intake process (scheduling, evaluating) or in providing referral

• Maintain professional and ethical requirements as required by licensure board

• Attend weekly clinical supervision

Responsibilities

• W-2 status employment. Compensation per appointment is based on licensure level

• Marketing, billing, and EHR services provided

• Hybrid or remote work location with flexible schedule

• Paid Leave and Paid Sick Leave in compliance with Chicago’s Paid Leave and Paid Sick Leave Ordinance

• Weekly supervision (for pre-licensed clinicians or if needed) and bimonthly team meetings
